Maxine Waters, D-La, for her seat in November 2020 is trying to find virtually $one hundred,000 within the veteran politician and her committee for Lawyers’ expenses and fees related to his libel and slander lawsuit against her which was reinstated on appeal. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged th
